How to remove a stuck charging cable?

What's happening?

  1. The station doesn’t release the cable
  2. Your cable is blocked in the station socket
  3. The LED status becomes red after a transaction is terminated

What do you need to get started?

  1. Access to the fuse box that is connected to the station
  2. There is no ongoing charging session

What can you do?

Caution: For Public stations, contact us directly.
  1. Firmly press your cable in the connector
  2. Start a charging session and wait for the LED to become blue
  3. Stop the charging
    1. If you hear a clicking sound, check if you can remove your cable
  4. If the cable is still stuck, firmly press your cable in the connector
  5. Reset your station by switching OFF the station’s fuse on the fuse box
    1. Wait at least one minute with the fuse OFF
    2. Switch the fuse back ON after one minute has passed
  6. Remove your cable from the station
