Answer to the Question

You can perform some verifications to understand better what the issue might be:
  1. Try to charge your car again and read the LED status of your station 
  2. If you are the station owner, make sure there is no Charging profile assigned that could be preventing the vehicle to charge, and fix the Charging profile if necessary
Please, also consider that stations with multiple connectors might use a waiting system to queue the vehicles due to the maximum current available on site.
