How to Report a Fix Cable Issue on Your EVBox ELVI Charger

How to report an EVBox Elvi with a fixed cable that is not charging

What's happening?

  1. An EVBox Elvi with a fixed cable is not charging
  2. The resistance between Communication Pilot (CP) and Proximity Pilot (PE) was 450 ohms on the side of the cable
  3. The resistance between Communication Pilot (CP) and Proximity Pilot (PE) was 180 ohms at the side of the plug

What do you need to get started?

  1. Station used:
  1. EVBox Elvi with a fixed cable

What can you do?

  1. Reach out to CATEC Support with the following information:
    1. A picture of the fixed cable label

What happens next?

  1. The cable needs to be replaced
  2. ​After EVBox Support receives your message, we will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible
