How to report cracked rubber on a fixed cable

What's happening?

  • The rubber on a fixed cable is discolored
  • The fixed cable has cracked after one year of usage

What do you need to get started?

  • Station used:
    • EVBox Elvi with fixed cable
  • The Station ID (starts with EVB)

What can you do?

  1. Take pictures of the rubber
  2. Open a case with Catec support and provide:
    • The Station ID
    • The picture of the rubber
    • When the issue was discovered
    • Pictures of any labels on the station and cable

What happens next?

  • Catect Support will analyze the case and reach out to you as soon as possible
