Solving a Red LED Light on a Station: Troubleshooting Guide

What to do if the LED on my station is red?

A red LED means there is a problem with the station. Please see the two scenarios below:
 
  • You can still charge:
    It could be that the LED ring itself is damaged. If you can charge at the station without any issue, the LED ring might need replacing
  • You can't charge:
    If your station doesn't charge, you can do a reset to solve this issue. To reset, switch off the power to the station for a couple of seconds before turning it back on. This is the easiest and most direct method. You can also reboot certain stations via an app .
